Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data associated with your Levly account at any time. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data directly from the Levly app — no emails or forms required:
Open the Levly app
Log into your account on iOS or Android.
Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the app.
Tap "Delete My Data"
Confirm your request. Your deletion will be scheduled immediately.
What Happens After You Request Deletion

14-day grace period
Your data is scheduled for deletion but not yet permanently removed. You have 14 days to cancel if you change your mind.

Cancel anytime within 14 days
Simply log back into the Levly app within the 14-day window to cancel the deletion request and keep your account.

Permanent deletion after 14 days
After the grace period, all your personal data — account info, messages, skills, goals, and history — is permanently deleted.

Irreversible
Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered. We cannot restore your account or data after the 14-day window has passed.
What Gets Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, display name, password)
- All messages and conversations with Lev
- Your skills, goals, and progress history
- XP records and achievement data
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for product analytics purposes.
